Job Description

The Associate Manager for the eCommerce marketing at will be responsible for managing the overall relationship and execution of all marketing related activities with key eCommerce customers and customer sites. This person will be the main pint of contact for the customers and will work closely with the eShopper, marketing and agency team in developing and executing all marketing activations for the customers. This position is based in Topeka, KS and will report to the eCommerce Marketing Manager


Key Responsibilities:

Own the day-to-day relationship with customer teams for marketing, onsite, digital and media activations

Partner with brand and customer teams to ensure best-in-class execution of new products, campaigns, shopper and media plans

Keep a close look at the e-retailers site to ensure all Hill’s PDP. Content, media and other executions are well & timely executed.

Assist in the development and execution of Shopper Marketing plans and partner with Customer Development Manager(s) to ensure effective implementation in ALL websites

Brief, plan and execute customer events working closely with agency partners brining to live Hill’s key messgaes in a customer tome & voice

Work closely with agency team to brief, develop and execute plans within the customers ecosystem to deliver high visibility  and conversion to Hill’s products

Brief, manage and oversee events and promotions help at for customers, working closely with brand, CDO and agency teams

Understanding the eCommerce customers’ marketing and media strategy and ensure Hill’s execute with excellence in each area

Partner with CDO team to prepare for customer meetings, Joint business plans, and in ensuring Hill’s products are always represented in the best way all Hill’s with the e-retailer

Conduct regular audits of e-retailers sites identify gaps and take corrective actions to ensure product images and descriptions are accurate.

Maintain an accurate record of all  Hill’s activations and identify areas for improvement- - in regard to agreements with customer, other white spaces, competitive activities etc

Use tool and information available to recommend better processes


Education/Experience Requirements:

BS/BA degree and MBA are required

3+ years’ work experience in marketing or at Hill’s

Strong computer skills in Excel, Word, Power Point

Organization & data skills- comfortable working with big and multiple data set


Expected Areas of Skill:

Proactive, takes initiatives to anticipate and resolve issues

Comfortable with managing in a fast paced and ambiguous environment

Good with working with large, cross functional teams

Digitally savvy and curious, understands the dynamics of eCommerce

Familiar with working with brands & equity or familiar /experience with Hill’s brands and products
