CSC - Business Data Analyst (HR Ops)

The Analyst, is responsible for analytics, reporting and providing insights to the HR team/leadership teams on HR KPIs such as HC/FTE number (actual and plan), turnover, overtime, absentee rate for Luxottica retail Na and NA operations. This position plays a pivotal role in influencing current and future decisions across HR organization



Utilizes HR systems (i.e. SAP HR; Kronos, etc.) to track & maintain a database of all relevant metrics that will support the development of strategies to remedy the opportunities identified by the data, which may include process changes, external partnerships, revised branding, OFCCP compliance, talent acquisition and movement, etc.

Utilizes data warehouse (i.e. Business Object) to track & maintain the data set

Assists in the development of standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, internal key talent, performance and succession data. Participates in identifying key trends and development of presentations and reports to highlight priority metrics and proposed mitigation actions.

Works with HR Operations Team and other HR leadership to integrate data and determine relationships and trends.

Collaborates with leadership to identify metrics for measuring the effectiveness of corporate diversity initiatives, prepare and communicate predictive annual reports for senior leadership.
