Position Summary:  

Lead and define the digital asset lifecycle at Teva. Manage digital assets and establish content reuse guidelines for digital components. Partner with the Channel Lead to establish a digital asset library.

 

  • Provides project management responsibilities for Veeva Digital Assets, including CLM content and Approved Emails
  • Creates and establishes standards, best practices and advancement around digital content re-use and digital asset management 
  • Ensures digital Veeva assets hit project milestones on time
  • Troubleshoots project roadblocks and proactively seeks solutions to meet deadlines
  • Partners with Marketing teams to deploy Veeva assets to the field
  • Establishes metrics and reporting around content re-use and cost savings from development and management of digital assets
  • Explores potential opportunities for content re-use among all the Teva marketing business units
  • Drives continuous education and improvement across all marketing teams around content re-use
  • Prepares status briefings around digital assets in review, being built, and in concept stage
  • Builds and maintains subject matter expertise on Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools
  • Provides input into management of agencies/vendors
  • Partners with key stakeholders to drive process efficiencies for getting digital materials to market
  • Collaborates across Teva organization (Channel Leads, Information Technology, Legal, Medical, and Regulatory), and Business Units on key activities like planning, prioritizing, and implementation support for key Veeva  and field implementation strategies
  • Manages analytics KPIs/Measurement plans, optimization and insights of monthly activity/quarterly impact
  • Provides training and education for internal iMCM/Brand stakeholders and agencies

Qualifications

Experience Required: 

  • 2+ years’ experience in a corporate advertising setting preferred
  • Experience in digital content management and asset libraries 
  • Software that must be used independently and without assistance:
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Veeva Vault / Promomats
  • Ability to work within a team and independently
  • Strong planning and organization skills
  • Understands channel preferences for different customer types (e.g., HCP,  consumers)
  • Understanding of regulations involved with marketing pharmaceutical products
  • Works effectively in a multi-task environment
  • Sets and/or meets deadlines, schedules and goals
  • Displays strong sense of urgency
  • Keeps others informed of decisions, changes, objectives, priorities, and accomplishments
  • Presents clear, concise, well organized written and oral communications
  • Shares concepts, ideas, information and suggestions with others

Technical Knowledge:

  • Familiarization with standard Project Management tools (i.e., Workfront)
  • Experience with Veeva CLM and Approved email
