Digital Engagement Manager

Key Role:

Serve as a digital content strategist and understand that every interaction with a product or brand can have a profound impact on employee and consumer experience. Deconstruct business objectives and translate complex technical and scientific information into compelling stories that captivate audiences and motivate people to take action. Leverage technological expertise to keep developers, designers, and video producers engaged in a production meeting.

 Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with marketing and communications

-Experience with stakeholder and consumer research, including advanced data analytics and visualization

-Knowledge of industry–standard marketing, communications, and change management methodologies

-Ability to plan, deliver, and evaluate dynamic, omni–channel communications strategies 

-Ability to manage multiple campaigns or initiatives simultaneously

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with engaging executives, managers, and subject matter experts effectively to elicit content, analyze strategies, and coordinate content approvals

-Experience with collaborating seamlessly with a cross–functional team to ideate, create, and disseminate content

-Ability to display a penchant for detail and visual design

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
