Digital Marketing Executive

Duties and Responsibilities

Managing the building of emails from templates using email software, selecting segments and scheduling sends

Briefing, sending and reporting of these emails

Contributing to a monthly content plan across all channels

Supporting the Marketing Manager in implementing customer lifecycle campaigns and continually optimising these

Engaging with and fostering relationships with third party suppliers.

Delivering weekly and monthly reports to help track the success of campaigns and their ROI with the use of digital analytics

Managing the data uploads, creating data segments and testing all emails across brands

Identifying patterns and trends in email campaigns to make future campaigns stronger

Keeping up to date with trends and updates in the market, recommending digital marketing best practice

  • Recommended Knowledge/ Skills / Experience


Qualified to degree (or equivalent) level in digital marketing, or have previous experience within a similar role

Experience in email marketing and copywriting

Knowledge of email statistics, including click through and open rate

Proficient in MS Excel

Experience in HTML5, CSS, PPC, SEO, link building and blogging - advantageous

Experience using Sitecore or IBM Watson Campaign Automation – advantageous
