Dodge Media, Social and Digital Manager

The Dodge Media, Social and Digital Manager is responsible for developing and executing media (traditional and digital) and social media plans, and digital advertising creative for the Dodge brand. Work with the Dodge brand team and other marketing support teams on a daily basis. Direct the Dodge teams at three lead agencies (media, social media and digital creative). Manage budgets for all three programs.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Develop, execute and optimize traditional media spend strategy at the brand and nameplate level, including optimal TRPs and regional plans
Develop, execute and optimize digital media spend strategy at the brand and nameplate levels, including search, segment sponsorships, retention, display, third party sites, portals, life style campaigns, mobile vs desktop and behavioral targeting
Develop, deploy and optimize digital creative based on brand and individual nameplate objectives, including creative testing and strategy and cycle planning and prioritization
Develop, execute and optimize social media strategy and tactics, including daily posting cadence, brand tone in posts/responses, social activation programs and paid social tactics
Identify, track and report weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually on media and social media KPIs and other measurement criteria requested by the Dodge brand
Manage continuous optimization of the plans based on results
