In this exciting new role as our Head of Content and Digital, you will put user and audience insight at the centre of our content production and drive operational change so we can effectively influence the stakeholders who have the power to create a prosperous and poverty free UK.
You will be primarily responsible for:
- Leading on the transition to a digital first operation in our communications
- Leading and managing our Digital and Content Team
- Overseeing the running and development of our organisational websites, social media and digital marketing strategy
- Managing all external output (digital and non-digital)
- Translating our research into accessible content and content production
- Managing the Content and Digital budget to ensure value for money.
We are looking for someone with exceptional knowledge of the digital environment, with a readiness to bring the latest digital innovation and apply it in line with strategic organisational objectives. You will be a strong people manager as well as a digital strategist and translator, able to interpret digital need to non-specialists and make internal changes to benefit digital operations. You must also have a keen interest in research and its ability to bring about social change, as well as a good understanding of the context in which we operate and our stakeholders.
