Key member of AVEVA marketing team for Japan Market & a part of Japan Direct & Indirect Sales Leadership team. Key Representation from Regional Marketing team to work with Japan Sales & BD teams.
Develop and drive the marketing plan for Japan. Marketing Plan to include key business/marketing initiatives & 360 integrated marketing campaigns on awareness and demand generation and pipeline acceleration- both online & offline elements
Be responsible for measuring overall success of strategic plan as well as marketing programs in Japan
Act as a strong local market advisor to the sales organization for strategic initiatives & marketing programs.
Drive Marketing Intelligence for local country requirements
Branding / Reputation
Execute AVEVA Re-brand in Japan market
Build and execute a local AR/PR/Influencers plan that best reaches target analysts/media/influencers to communicate successes, capabilities and position AVEVA software in the local market. (Influencers to include User Groups & Industry Trade Associations & Academic bodies)
Create Local Customer Success Stories from both Direct & Indirect customers and proactively promote to raise awareness, generate interest & demand
Proactively drive pipeline generation through in-country key marketing initiatives – and include a large proportion of Digital & Social marketing elements
Be responsible for local marketing contacts database
Manage In-country integrated marketing calendar and allocated budget.
Actively track lead, MQL, SQL and MCP (Marketing Contributed Pipeline) via Hubspot & Saslesforce CRM
Work with regional marketing team to drive local requirement for Installed base vs. Net New Names vs. Nurture Names marketing programs
Drive Accounts Based Marketing with local & region sales/marketing leadership
Manage and coordinate co-marketing activities with channel partners, including in-country channel marketing plans, campaign development, funds allocation (tracking of MDF usage), execution and tracking of results
Drive localization requirements in campaigns, assets or offers with regional marketing team
Provide guidance to local direct sales teams & indirect sales channels on development & usage of both print & digital marketing material – presentations, etc.
Ensure on-target business impact with 100% utilization of country marketing budget
Able to analyze outcome of campaigns based on data from Hubspot & CRM systems and provide next course of recommended actions
Able to extract reports from Hubspot & CRM systems independently
