RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists with all aspects of paid campaigns, such as providing inputs for the strategy and briefing, review of plans, ensuring flawless execution, optimization reports, post campaign analysis

• Contribute to development of the best media plans aligned with business goals and brand/products objectives; focus on online and social media

• Liaise with the media agency to implement media plans, including negotiations and approvals

• Monitor and Optimize advertising strategies adapted to different audiences and channels

• Negotiate with media partners to close competitive deals

• Focus on collecting qualified and segmented data/ability to manage and combine data for media efficiency

• Conduct internal and competitive reporting, including weekly, monthly, and mid-campaign analytics

• Contribute to establishing process with internal teams and the external media agency to achieve efficiencies and results

• Serve as a digital media expert for the internal Marketing and Creative teams

• Partner with Finance and media agency to manage billing process. Closely track and reconcile media budget

• Seek, investigate and actively pursue innovative communications opportunities and creative media solutions, keeping abreast of current events, media trends and target market industry trends that impact business

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5-7 years media experience inclusive of planning and buying with a digital expertise

• CPG, telecom and beauty brands preferred; exposure to experiential programs a plus

• Experience in programmatic media buying/precision, retargeting advertising and paid social

• Experience working with and targeting users through CRM lists via 3rd party data management tools

• Strong attention to detail and follow through across all projects

• Possess strong presentation, analytical and communication skills

• Must be a self-starter, enjoy autonomy and ok working cross functionally in matrixed organizations

• Must be obsessed with pushing innovation, driving new and cool partnerships, and experiences that span both on-site and digital

• Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google tools / Double Click)

• Desire to be part of a growing team

• Needs to have a “must win” mentality as an integral member of a high performing team
