SEO / SEM Manager

 over 10,000 keyword rankings, performing technical audits and recommending updates, and testing/managing various PPC campaigns
- Monitor and analyze Google Analytics and HubSpot dashboards in order to recommend new growth strategies across SEO, SEM, content marketing, inbound marketing, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization
-Collaborate with team on A/B Testing and Design and Product teams to consistently improve sitewide performance and conversion rate optimization

Bonus point if you can help with 
- Front-end web development when necessary (HTML & CSS required, JavaScript preferred but not required)
- Manage and oversee our WordPress account, including custom HTML/PHP work as required

What You Need for this Position

- 3+ years digital marketing experience, with a focus on technical SEO (preferred experience as the SEO owner of highly-trafficked website) and SEM/PPC advertising
- Advanced understanding of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Search Console and at least one major SEO software (Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Ahrefs, WebCEO or similar)
- Proficient with MS Excel and/or other data analyses packages (R, Stata, SQL, SciPy, Matlab)
- HubSpot experience 

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in a quantitative fields such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science/engineering)
