Responsibilities:

    • Excellent knowledge of current and developing marketing strategies across social media channels with a focus on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
    • Develop monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports based on key social KPI's
    • Optimize posting schedule & frequency to obtain maximum interaction & impact
    • Engage relevant influencers and brand advocates in an authentic way
    • Utilize Hootsuite, Schedugram and Iconosquare for scheduling and analytics
    • Measure and analyze engagement impact and suggest action-steps to increase impact
    • Manage and develop promotional campaigns across various social media channels

Qualifications:

    • 2-3 years of experience in social media community management, either in-house or at an agency
    • Bachelor’s Degree in English, Creative Writing, Journalism, Marketing and/or relevant field of study
    • At least one year in a leadership position
    • Strong knowledge and experience in organic content curation
    • Deep understanding of social media management and analytics tools, with an eye on the market to see what’s new 
    • Exceptional writing skills with strong attention to detail, grammar, and tone
    • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding expectations in assigned targets and goals
    • Ability to work cross-functionally with the growth and marketing teams as well as with our Head of Photography with a deep knowledge of photo editing software
