The curriculum prepares students to identify, assess and resolve organizational challenges from a learning and design perspective. Students learn how to improve operations in the workplace while focusing on three key competency areas: Leadership and Organizational Development, Data and Analytics, Learning and Design.
Leadership and Organizational Development:
This focus helps students develop leadership skills and empowers them to operate as drivers of change within an organization. From discovering how large organizations can learn new behaviors to discussing the nitty-gritty of workforce management, this focus will help students prepare for their career as a leader within an organization.
Learning and Design:
This focus illuminates the different ways individuals learn and how to create systems and structures for them to be successful in. Making critical information digestible and accessible is tougher than it sounds, and this focus will help students design plans to move the knowledge base of their organization forward.
*Data and Analytics:*
Leadership skills and learning development are wonderful, but how do you measure impact? This focus will help students learn to dive into organizational data and interpret it in meaningful ways. Using a true, statistics based mathematical foundation, this focus prepares students to challenge assumptions and seek insights with a data-driven mindset.
